YOU CAN ONLY BE FREE

János Sugár

Installation, video, stencil and photo-based works by

János Sugár (Hungary)
Gigi Scaria (India)
Alexandru Budes (Romania).

Curator: Zsolt Kozma
founder and curator of the Reports from badlands project.

The show explores questions of community and personal freedom.

It also raises the question and offers a solution for how to bring the message of an artwork from the exhibition space to the streets – how to disseminate the works’ idea, how to make it visible outside the gallery.

In the same spirit, the show tries to make sure that, in addition to the ideas raised, visitors also receive something phisically tangible to take with them as a reminder of the questions raised in the exhibition.

Opening:
Wednesday, 18th October
The exhibition is on view from 19 October to 11th November.

Venue
Brass’Art Digitaal Café
Place Communale 28
